Braided connections
PP connections are made of CuETP braids with a standard single wire thickness of 0.1 mm and crimped copper pipes. The production technology, which uses only electrolytic copper, ensures very good conductivity of the connections. In the standard version, the connection parts do not have holes and are uncovered. There is the possibility of tinning or silver-plating the contact surfaces or alternatively supplying the connections with CuAl plates.
Products of this type are a very good solution for connecting a transformer or generator to a busbar, as well as wherever maximum dampen of vibrations is necessary.

Flexible insulated busbars
Insulated flexible busbars are designed to meet the highest technical requirements. They consist of several copper strips, each 1mm thick, laid freely on top of each other. The strips are covered with insulation made of a special vinyl mixture that is highly resistant and more elastic than similar products from other companies. The insulation allows for any shaping of the busbars while maintaining the desired shape.
Using of insulated flexible busbars saves installation time, makes designing easier, and increases efficiency. ES connections are particularly well suited for switchgears and the transportation industry.

Press-welded and riveted connections
PZ connections are made from high-conductivity electrolytic copper strips with a thickness ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 mm. Conductivity of such connections is identical to that of busbars thanks to the absence of any filling material in the joint. The production technology allows for maintaining a constant cross-section throughout the entire length of the connection.
It is possible to supply connections made of copper of a different grade than the standard CuETP, as well as to make connections in a riveted version, which is particularly well-suited for use in welders.
